Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Genesis! We appreciate your willingness to give your time and support. If you’re volunteering for the thrift store, group projects, or other opportunities, a background check is not required. You will receive specific training based on the area you will be serving. However, volunteers who will be working one-on-one with students are required to attend a training session and complete a background check. A $10 application fee is suggested for the background check.
