Potential students should fill out the PDF application and either email it to
info@genesisministriesinc.org. You can also deliver the form in person to a staff member. Students must sign their student application in order to be considered for entry. Another individual can help complete the paperwork but the student herself is required to sign the application, verifying that all information is true and accurate and the student must do the pre-entry interview herself with the program director and interview committee.
If the staff finds any false statements on your intake or admissions documents this may result in you not being accepted into the program or dismissal from the program. Please answer honestly.
